No information provided in advance as to how we would find the the car or how the driver would find us, which was a bit disconcerting. After we got down to the pick-up area, we got a phone call that driver was on his way. Driver advised that he'd had surgery two weeks ago and we would have to load any luggage that was over 30 pounds. This was not a problem for us since we'd arranged for "Port Valet" to take our large bags to the airport, but this may have been an issue for some people and should have been communicated in advance. He arrived several minutes after the pre-arranged pick-up time, but traffic was terrible in the port area as drop-offs were also taking place with passengers arriving early for the next cruise as well as debarking passengers getting picked up. Both drivers were friendly and professional and accommodated the schedule changes on very short notice.
